  German former figure skater Katarina Witt was born on 3/12/1965. Twice a Olympic winner, Witt is regarded as one of the best female singles figure skaters all time.   Patricia Castle Richardson, born 23 February 1951 was an American actor from the United States. She is most well-known for her role as Jill Taylor on ABC's sitcom Home Improvement. For this role , she was nominated twice for the Golden Globe Award and twice for the Primetime Emmy Award as Outstanding Lead Actress in the field of Comedy Series. In her role on Ulee's Gold (1997) the show, she was also recognized with an Independent Spirit Award.    Childhood and early life  Richardson was educated at a variety of schools that included Holton-Arms School as well as Hockaday School.
